let the games begin!

Canada plays host to the 2010 Winter Olympics, makes me wish I lived closer to the west coast. Having played sports my whole life, watching live is far more entertaining then the tube.

But given the distance I'll have to make an exception for a few events, starting tonight, with the opening ceremonies. Go Canada!

    There's a huge vibe across Canada right now, we are so proud and excited! I have a feeling the opening ceremonies are going to be a real tear jerker - the lighting of the torch that is...if speculation is true!

    We feel the same pride and excitement as well :)  its a good time to be a Canadian.  On a side note, I keep wanting to make a quilt of the Olympic rings...
